
Truly Yours Agency, a trading name of I’m Your P.A. Limited the terms and conditions are set out to confirm that both parties understand the work/tasks to be carried out, the costs involved, the time scale set for payments and issues regarding client property.
All assignments and client contact details are treated as strictly confidential. Truly Yours Agency will never intentionally divulge, disclose or communicate client information.
All supplied materials shall remain the property of the client and shall be returned upon request.
Set Up of Truly Your Agency Platform
The following subdomains will need to be set up, you will be asked to supply these the day after you set up. You will be charged for the portal from the fifth working day after sign up, you will not be able to use the portal until you have completed the domain request form. –generic emails i.e. gmail.com or outlook.com cannot be used

All the above will be set up by TL Martin IT Services Limited and the charge is £100 one off fee – emails will be monitored for 1 months email deliverability and ensure ALL email sending sources are properly configured to maximise email deliverability.
If you wish to keep the email monitoring this is £20 a month
Charges
Truly Yours Agency's standard hourly rates apply to tasks carried out.
The hourly rate is billed in increments of 1 minute, with time rounded up to the nearest minute
All stationery, telephone, postage, printing costs, and all other expenses will be charged separately.
Emails, texts and AI are billed through I'm Your P.A. on your regular VAT invoice and the credit applied to your account, the standard charge is £50 top ups, this can be increased as required. You will need to log a credit card with the Truly Yours Agency portal, this will provide emergency top ups if required outside of office hours
Registration of client details and initial enquiries regarding a new task (and at Truly Yours Agency’s own discretion, a meeting with a new client) will be without charge. Any time taken carrying out work experimentally at the client’s request, or discussing an assignment in detail shall be charged at the standard hourly rate
Truly Yours Agency shall be entitled to vary the Standard Charge/hourly rate with a 1-month notice period
All charges quoted to the Client for the provision of the Specified Service are exclusive of any Value Added Tax, for which the Client shall be additionally liable at the applicable rate.
Quotations
A confirmation accepting the terms and conditions is required before any work can commence.
A formal quotation will be provided outlining Truly Yours Agency’s hourly fee structure and any terms specific to the agreed project.
Should the client’s original requirement change; a revised quotation will be submitted for approval prior to any further work being carried out.
Invoices
VAT invoices will be raised by I'm Your P.A. Limited. Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.
Should work be suspended or delayed through any fault of the customer, Truly Yours Agency shall be entitled to immediate payment for the work carried out and expenses incurred.
Should payment not be made on the due date, Truly Yours Agency reserves the right to suspend any service without notice, until payment is received in full.
Truly Yours Agency reserves the right to charge interest on any outstanding amount – 4% above base rate, until the account is paid in full.
Payment
Payment can be made by direct debit or BACS transfer. Any bank charges incurred as a result of returned cheques will be the responsibility of the client.
Loss/Damage of Client Property
Truly Yours Agency will take every precaution to safeguard the property, data and any other forms of information related to your company and your clients. Whether we are the "Controller or Processor" of your project we will accept responsibility for any loss, damage, theft data, project equipment or any items relating to assignments whilst at Truly Yours Agency premises.
Truly Yours Agency will not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, theft of data, project equipment or any items relating to assignments, during transit to us or once we have returned them to the client following an agreed process.
Truly Yours Agency will do whatever is required to protect our client’s property for the duration of the project. Once the project has been completed, we will have no reason to keep your information we will delete all data from our system 48 hours after the end of the project. Upon terminating contracts, we will delete all data relating to your company, other than the data we are required to keep by law.
Clients must ensure that they have a copy of the information or a list of the equipment and items for use away from their own premises, prior to submitting to Truly Yours Agency.
Final proof reading and checking of all work supplied is the responsibility of the client. Truly Yours Agency must be notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt of completed work. Any errors generated by Truly Yours Agency will be amended without charge, however any amendments or alterations suggested by the client, will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Due to computer viruses, all incoming emails will be virus scanned. However, we may still not open unsolicited attachments to emails, or emails that look suspicious from an unrecognised sender, have no subject heading or contain no message alongside an attachment.
Termination of Services
During the first month notice can be given at any time for the service to be cancelled for the end of the month.
After the first month one calendar month’s notice is required to terminate the service.
Social Media and Privacy
We understand that we live in a world connected by social media and from time to time clients may wish to send friend requests to the personal profile of a member of staff at Truly Yours Agency. It is the choice of the staff member as to whether they accept the friend request.
It is not acceptable for any client to contact a member of Truly Yours Agency staff regarding work related matters through the staff members personal social media platform.
Staff members are under strict instructions that they must not respond to any work related matter via their personal social media channels, any such requests should be referred to management to be dealt with during office hours.
If any staff member of Truly Yours Agency contacts a client, using their personal social media platform, regarding work related matters, please notify the company immediately and appropriate action will be taken
